Do you need a Concealed Handgun Carry License (CHCL)?

All of us at Gun Owners of Arkansas feel that the concealed handgun carry license scheme is an infringement on our inalienable rights protected by the U.S. Constitution and Arkansas Constitution.

“The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

“The citizens of this State shall have the right to keep and bear arms, for their common defense.”

We have made it our goal to remove every infringement on these rights to include paying for a right that we already have.

Ultimately the decision is yours.
