Rule 6.4 Voluntary surrender of a license: “If a licensee voluntarily surrenders his or her license to the Department in the absence of suspension or revocation proceedings, the Department will accept the license and cancel it.”
To surrender your Arkansas CHCL, provide a written statement to the Arkansas State Police (ASP) that you are surrendering your Concealed Handgun Carry License (CHCL) back to them and for what reason. Mail the statement and your CHCL card to this ASP address:
