Breaking news!
The Arkansas Supreme Court just delivered a major win for transparency and due process in the Aaron Spencer case.
Today the court removed Judge Barbara Elmore from the Aaron Spencer case completely. They also vacated her recent courtroom gag order and stayed the prosecution until a special Judge can be appointed.
This a huge win for Aaron Spencer and his defense team! Her abuse of power has gone on for far too long.
Now a special circuit judge will be appointed by the Arkansas Supreme Court, and they will retain judicial oversight for the remainder of the case.
Hopefully this will be the end of Judge Elmore’s career. There is no place in our Judicial system for rogue judges that choose to try to control the outcome of cases in her court.
