Currently, several firearm bills are advancing through both Chambers in Arkansas, with GO-AR identifying SB 399 as the most significant among them. In a climate where public trust in the government is low, it is imperative that we demand maximum transparency and hold our officials accountable.
We encourage everyone to reach out to their State Senator and Representative to advocate for the support of SB 399.
This bill directly stems from the incident involving Bryan Malinowski and the insufficient release of official information by the ATF, which has been more forthcoming with unofficial information that contains inconsistencies. There’s a well-known saying: if you have nothing to hide, you should come clean, right?
Regardless of what the ATF alleges regarding Mr. Malinowski’s actions, the manner in which they executed this raid raises serious concerns. Any one of us could have faced the same situation as a victim. The ATF’s apparent disregard for human life during this operation is troubling, not only for the Malinowski family but also for the officers involved in the raid.
