This bill gives non-law enforcement departments protections and authority to use deadly force who are not trained or certified.
Remember Waco? At least the ATF was held civilly liable this bill would prohibit citizens from having that alternative.
This opens the door for Federal Agencies to hire State, County or Municipal agencies to include non-law enforcement to doing their dirty work, the ATF is a good example.
Government makes a mistake and targets the wrong house, they will have complete immunity.
This Bill gives complete immunity to law enforcement and non law enforcement departments in the use of deadly force, far beyond the qualified immunity standard.
