AN ACT PERMITTING A CONCEALED HANDGUN LICENSEE TO CARRY A CONCEALED HANDGUN IN A MUNICIPALLY OWNED OR MAINTAINED PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. This bill sadly put restrictions on permit holders on municipally owned properties that non-permit holders don’t have.
