Act 693 removed the restrictions of non-permit holders from possessing a firearm on municipally owned property as listed below in the attached bill. To be very clear this statute only applies to non-permit holders and for the most part, buildings are still off limits. Refer to Act 638 to see the statute for permit holders on municipally owned property.
